Day 1 - Monday 5th August

We arrive in Belfast for the 07.30 hrs sailing, arriving in Cairnryan 10.00 hrs approx. Stopping for comfort stops enroute, we make our way through the Dumfries and Galloway borders, and across the Pennines to the outskirts of York to our hotel where we will spend the next 2 nights for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast.

Day 2 - Tuesday 6th August

Full day in the historic city of York. There are lots of shops for that retail therapy, but take time out to visit the magnificent York Minster Cathedral which stands proudly as the largest Gothic Cathedral in Northern Europe. Visit the National Railway Museum – Britain’s largest collection of historic railway material including locomotives dating as far back as 1829. We then return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 3 - Wednesday 7th August

After breakfast we load our luggage on the coach. We spend the morning at McArthur Glens York Designer Outlet, before we leave in the afternoon for our relaxed drive to Hull for the overnight sailing to Zeebrugge. All on board meals and lower bedded ensuite cabins are included.

Day 4 - Thursday 8th August

We arrive in Zeebrugge early this morning and drive the short distance to the beautiful city of Brugge. You have a free day to explore and enjoy those impressive medieval townhouses and architectural masterpieces such as the Gothic-style Stadhuis (Town Hall) and the delightful Bejijnhof (Convent). Life in Brugge centres on the market square, bordered by guildhalls and towered over by the magnificent 13th Century Belfry, where the 366 step ascent to its summit is rewarded by panoramic views. Take a horse drawn carriage ride or simply wander through the cobbled streets and of course those irresistable Belgian chocolate shops....not to mention the beautiful Belgian lace giftshops. Take a boat ride along the dreamy canals and catch a glimpse of how the city would have looked hundreds of years ago.

NOTE: Evening meals not included during our stay in Brugge as there are lots of lovely restaurants for you to enjoy.

Day 5 - Friday 9th August

Today we head to Ypres. We make a stop off at Tyncot Cemetery. You are free to do as you please for the remainder of our time in Ypres. There is plenty to see and do here including the Menin Gate, museums, the Market Square and of course shopping. Returning to Brugge late afternoon.

Day 6 - Saturday 10th August

More time to sightsee in Brugge this morning, as we don’t leave for the ferry until the afternoon to make our return jouney to Zeebrugge in good time to catch the ferry to Hull. All on board meals and ensuite cabins included.

Day 7 - Sunday 11th August

We disembark the ferry after breakfast and take a leisurely drive to Cairnryan for the 15.30 hrs sailing arriving in Belfast at 18.00 hrs. We retrace our homeward journey with drop-offs enroute.
